  • Cancellation of your reservation less than Forty (40) days prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental payment.
  • We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment less $50.00 handling fee will be returned. 
  • Referral fee non refundable unless referrer refunds it.
