CLEANING SERVICE: Departure cleaning is included in you rental rate. Daily maid service
is not provided
BEACH: Access to the beach is through the Walt Disney Beach house grounds. It is located near the
security gate. When you cross the bridge going out just before the gate you will turn right. Almost immediately to the left
you will see the Disney sign. Parking of the Inverness residents and guest is on the far left. You can use the restrooms located
on the second floor but can not access the beach house itself unless you are a guest of a member. There are several other
beach access some without restrooms.
DOORS AND WINDOWS: A wood slat secures the sliding glass door. Please replace
it when leaving.
GOLF: check out golf links
KEYS: A lock box is located next to the door. Use the key inside to get into the Villa then return the key to the lock
box as soon as you open the door. There should be 2 keys in a dish on the chest in the foyer Please be sure to leave them.
There is a key for the tennis courts above the stove.
OWNER's PERSONAL PROPERTY: Please do not remove any items from
the Villa including towels or bedding. Please remember to bring and use your own beach towel. A washer and dryer are on site
for your convenience. Please do not remove anything from the outside storage area. The bicycles belong to a long-term renter
and may not be used. Bike rental for the week is inexpensive and convenient and the bikes are safer. The closet at the
top of the stairs is for the owners use ONLY.
PETS: I am allowing pets at present with advanced notice and they must
be on a flea and tick program like Revolution.
PEST: The villa is sprayed on a regular schedule to control pests. If you experience an unusual problem you may call
and request auxiliary treatment or to request no spraying during your stay if the spray bothers you. The phone number and
spray schedule are on the cabinet door above the stove.
TELEPHONE: Local calls are free. Long distant call must be
put on a calling card or collect. The number at the villa is 843-686-2227.
TENNIS: The tennis courts are available
for your use.
TRASH REMOVAL: Is Mondays and Thursday s. Barrels are in the outside storage area
